Mother suggests poetic punishment for stepmom accused of keeping emaciated stepson 'locked up'

Tracy Vallerand, the biological mother of a Connecticut man who was allegedly locked up for more than two decades by his stepmother Kimberly Sullivan, 56, is demanding poetic justice.
